CRUISE THE DANUBE

Cruise the Danube and the Christmas Markets · 08/12/2021

This enchanting cruise on the Danube sets sail from Vienna, and our journey takes us to Budapest, Bratislava, Durnstein, Passau,  Linz and finally back to Vienna.

Along the way, we explore the picturesque Christmas markets simply bursting with festive gifts or simply sit and watch the world go by with a warming glass of mulled wine and spicy gingerbread.

You can experience all that Europe’s most magnificent river has to offer with its wealth of grand architecture, medieval cities, picture-perfect towns and the beautiful sights that inspired Strauss and Mozart.

Of course, the highlight of every Theatrical Adventures cruise is our superb onboard entertainment.   Our nightly concerts include G&S Opera Company stars Simon Butteriss, Juliet Montgomery and Aidan Edwards, principal tenor David Menezes and last but certainly not least, Alex Hazard and Erin Ffleur.  What a line-up !  And as a special Christmas treat we will also enjoy our fantastic Theatrical Adventures String Quartet.  There will be a very festive feel too, and passengers who want to perform can join the Christmas Cruise Choir with our musical director David Lyle.

And don’t forget, we are always on hand to look after you throughout your holiday.

Cabins start at £1,500 per person, and we have a number of single cabins with NO SUPPLEMENT, but don’t delay. They sell very quickly.

We look forward to welcoming you onboard.
