Our journey begins in Bordeaux, often described as the wine capital of the world, before following the Garonne River into the Gironde Estuary and along the Dordogne to the famous vineyards and enchanting medieval town of Saint-Émilion.

Your home for this exceptional voyage is the elegant MS Cyrano de Bergerac. Recently refurbished, she offers stylish cabins, a welcoming panoramic lounge and the perfect setting for the warm hospitality and outstanding evening entertainment that are hallmarks of every Theatrical Adventures holiday.

Along the way, we’ll enjoy a series of carefully chosen wine tastings, including celebrated Grand Cru wines from Médoc and some of the finest vintages of Saint-Émilion. There’ll be time to wander cobbled streets, browse local shops and cafés and perhaps sample the town’s famous macarons.

Back in Bordeaux, we’ll have the opportunity to visit La Cité du Vin, the world’s largest museum dedicated to wine, before raising one final glass to a truly memorable holiday.

“Raise one final glass to a truly memorable holiday.”

We’re also delighted to welcome Sally Robinson, leader of the National Festival Orchestra, who will be joined on board by her string quartet for a series of special performances. Our guest artists from the National Gilbert & Sullivan Opera Company will be announced soon.

Whether you’re a wine enthusiast, a lover of French culture or simply looking for a wonderfully relaxing autumn escape in excellent company, this cruise promises to be one of the highlights of the year. And yes… we think it’s going to be absolutely “winederful”!
